NTA was asked by the Human Resource Development Ministry to check in the prevailing COVID- based 19 position in addition to at requests received by parents and pupils looking for JEE and also NEET and submit their own recommendation from Friday, 3 July.
“Considering the prevailing situation and requests received from students looking for JEE along with NEET assessments, a committee comprising @DG_NTA and different experts was proposed to assess the problem and submit its own recommendations into @HRDMinistry latest by tomorrow,” the education minister has now tweeted.

With COVID-19 cases still rising in India, both ICSE and CBSE board exams are cancelled or left discretionary for students to get as soon as the problem normalizes. Students have already been flood Twitter using an”#RipNTA” to draw awareness of the 2 key entry examinations scheduled for July.
